headed south

After work today, Adam and I are headed to Eugene for the Duck game tomorrow. Opening game versus Stanford. It should be an easy win, but even if the game is boring it will be fun to be back at Autzen stadium after all these years.

We'll be staying at Slye's house, but he'll only be there tonight. He's heading to Seattle for Bumbershoot. Hopefully we can meet up with Chuck and Brynn since it could be a while before they come back from Italy.

No such thing as an easy win in the Pac10! The Ducks have to perform to expectations, which always complicates matters! Meanwhile, the Cardinal just has to show up and play football...

Also, even if it is a rout, it's not like any game at Autzen isn't a blast.

See you at six.

still ... it's not like we're playing eastern washington university and then acting like we're awesome because we won by a 40 point margin ... only the Beavers would brag about that

Well, they would brag about anything.

And what is Stanford thinking having Cardinal as a mascot? How can a color be a mascot? Screw them, their color and their stupid dancing tree.
