a nice day for a bike ride
Saturday was a beautiful day. The sun was up, the weather was warm and Ally and I both had the day off. So, we decided to take a bike ride. We rode all over town, returning home 5 hours after we left. We were probably riding our bikes 2.5 - 3 hours of that time. Using Google maps distance calculator, we rode over 15.5 miles. Not bad for 2 people who rarely ride bikes. It was a lot of fun, but our bike seats definitely hurt our butts.

Riding on two wheeled vehicles is bad for your back!
Well not unnecessarily the riding part, but the meeting of the pavement part!
